The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center has a requirement and is requesting quotations for the following part: Item 1) CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLY 5998 01-621-5133 SIEMENS BUILDING TECHNOLOGIES PART NUMBER: P/N POL688.10/STD QTY: 20 ORIGINAL PART NUMBER HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED. ONCE THERE ARE NO MORE AVAILABLE, USE REPLACEMENT PART NUMBER *** P/N POL688.10/STD , CLIMATIX POL688.10/STD HVAC CONTROLLER; 24 VAC/DC; 27 I/O; ETHERNET, RS485, KNX; MODBUS, BACNET, PL-LINK, JSON, OPC UA; SD CARD; USB. These units are not programmed and will need to be programmed by the vessel or assist personnel at the time of installation. Each item is individually packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E METHOD 41, initially wrapped in electrostatic discharge protective material conforming to MIL-PRF-81705E, TYPE III. Then packaged in a FAST PACK container conforming to PPP-B-1672E, TYPE II, STYLE D. Marking is in accordance with MIL-STD-129R, except bar coding is in ISO/IEC-16388-2007, CODE 39 symbology. All markings shall be visible to forklift operators, if applicable. All items are inspected upon delivery. Failure to meet packaging, packing, marking, and bar-coding requirements will result in rejection and possible return, delaying payment. Any questions regarding packaging or bar-coding should be addressed with the contracting officer prior to contract award. Brand Name part is mandatory to be considered for award. Offers of “equal” products must meet the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics specified in this solicitation. The USCG will determine if an alternate part is acceptable. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, 10/1/2025, FAC Number 2025-06, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested; a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 333998, with a business size standard of 500 employees. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. The U.S. Coast Guard intends to award on an all-or-none basis to a responsible offeror whose conforming offer is the most advantageous to the Government. Award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable. The Coast Guard intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract.
