In accordance with RFO FAR 12.102(a), Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. Customs and Border Protection intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with PIONEER WIRELESS INC., 34 Military ST, Houlton, Maine 04730-1715 for Broadband connectivity, and a static IP Address for the RVSS Camera System for the Houlton Sector Border Patrol station, 96 Calais Road, Hodgdon, ME 04730, period of performance 8/1/2026 to 7/31/2027.
