The work includes the safe deinstallation and disposal of the old boilers and associated electrical systems, removal of redundant gas connections, and assessment of existing chimney liners for code compliance. The new installation must meet all current German technical codes and standards (including relevant DIN, TRGI, and VDE regulations), and be executed in close cooperation with the district chimney sweeper.
