This opportunity is for charter bus transportation services supporting the Air Force's annual Exodus program at Goodfellow AFB. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 17th Contracting Squadron, Goodfellow Air Force Base (FA3030) - Point of contact: Ms. Heather Whitaker - Services Requested: - Charter bus service trips between Goodfellow AFB and Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) - 20 trips outbound (Goodfellow AFB to DFW) - 20 trips inbound (DFW to Goodfellow AFB) - 1 extra bus outbound - 1 next day bus inbound - Onsite coordinators for both outbound and inbound operations (1 each) - Airport parking fees (1 line item) - Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide a sufficiently large fleet to accommodate approximately 20 buses per event - Compliance with Air Force installation access and safety requirements - Annual recurring service for up to five years (base year plus four option years) - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; open to qualified charter bus service providers - All technical and pricing requirements detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and solicitation documents

Description

This is a requirement for charter bus services to and from Goodfellow AFB, Texas, to and from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). We are looking to establish a base plus 4 option years contract as this is an annual requirement to support students traveling home for the holidays during their break in training.  The contractor must have a large enough fleet to accomodate appoximately 20 buses to DFW. Please review the attached PWS for further details. 

  The Contractor shall submit a written quote in response to this Request For Quote, for consideration before the due date and time. Quotes are due no later than 13 July 2026 at 10:00 AM CDT. Quotes must be submitted to A1C Zackary Bagensie - zackary.bagensie@us.af.mil And SrA Mouhamed Sarr - mouhamed.sarr.1@us.af.mil. All questions must be submitted by 07th at 12:00 PM CDT. 

Contractor quotes shall include the following: 

>  A Cover Letter that provides the following information: >  Company legal name >  RFQ number >  Company point of contact with email and phone number >  Company CAGE Code >  An acknowledgement of any and all amendments and associated changes 

> A Capabilities Statement that details how the Contractor will meet all requirements as stated in the attached PWS's

> Pricing must be structured to match the Line Items (CLINs) established in the attached SF 1449. Please provide individual pricing for each specific line item.
