Description
The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed bids from qualified, experienced, licensed, and insured contractors for the construction of a new traffic signal and associated intersection improvements at the intersection of SW I Street (Highway 112) and SW 41st Street in Bentonville. The work includes installation of traffic signal poles, mast arms, signal heads, detection equipment, conduits, wiring, electrical components, demolition and removal of existing pavement and sidewalks, grading, construction of concrete sidewalks, ADA-compliant curb ramps, pedestrian crossings, curb and gutter installation, pavement marking, striping, and restoration of disturbed areas. Additional tasks include erosion and sediment control, traffic control during construction, utility coordination/relocation, and all incidental work necessary to complete the project according to City of Bentonville and Arkansas Department of Transportation requirements.
