The Carroll County Airport Commission is seeking Statements of Qualifications from engineering firms for comprehensive airport engineering and planning services. - Government Buyer: - Carroll County Airport Commission (Berryville, AR) - Scope of Services: - Apron expansion - Airfield lighting and NAVAIDS - Runway/taxiway and apron overlay/rehabilitation - Runway/taxiway extension - Surveys and property acquisition - Environmental and planning studies - Safety area evaluation/corrections - Hangar construction - Security fencing - Aviation fuel systems - Requirements: - All services must comply with FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E - Projects may be funded by FAA and/or Arkansas Department of Aeronautics grants - Selection is based on qualifications and experience, not fees (fees negotiated after selection) - Five-year contract term - Subject to federal affirmative action and disadvantaged business enterprise participation requirements - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; opportunity is open to qualified engineering firms

The Carroll County Airport Commission is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for Engineering and Planning services related to airport engineering. Services include apron expansion, airfield lighting and NAVAIDS, runway/taxiway and apron overlay/rehabilitation, runway/taxiway extension, surveys, property acquisition, environmental and planning studies, safety area evaluation/corrections, hangars, security fencing, and aviation fuel systems. The services will be in accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E and may be funded by FAA and/or Arkansas Department of Aeronautics grants over the next five years. Selection will be based on qualifications and experience, with fees negotiated after selection. The contract will be for 5 years.
