Description

This procurement is for a centralized, secure, cloud-based data analytics and AI platform for the Department of Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), also known as Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). The platform, called “the Offeror’s Solution,” must support data access, high-performance analytics, near real-time reporting, AI analysis, and data governance to enhance decision-making and reporting capabilities. The contract period is for 8 months starting approximately August 1, 2026, with options to extend for four additional one-year periods. The procurement is conducted through a competitive selective tendering process with the selection criteria based on lowest price.
