Description

The City of Beaumont is seeking proposals from competent service providers to assist with pre-award and post-award management in support of eligible activities to implement infrastructure projects if funded under the Water Supply and Infrastructure (WSI) Grant from the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB). The contract involves administration services for the WSI grant, including application preparation and project implementation. The contract is subject to TWDB and EPA Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program requirements and is dependent upon release of funds from the TWDB.
