The City of Plano is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced offerors for stand-by contracts for disaster debris clearance and removal services in the event of a natural or man-made disaster. Services include the clearance, demolition, removal, reduction, disposal, and hauling of disaster debris as directed by the City. The project is estimated at $3,500,000. An optional pre-bid meeting is available, and questions must be submitted electronically through IonWave. Proposals are due by March 16, 2026, and will be opened on March 17, 2026.
