Description

The City of Mequon is soliciting bids for the installation of a comprehensive video surveillance and access control system at three park facilities: River Barn Park, Reuter Pavilion, and Rotary Pavilion. The project includes furnishing and installation of security cameras, video intercoms, electronic access control systems, recording equipment, network infrastructure, wireless communication equipment, battery backup systems, camera poles, underground cabling, and all associated programming and commissioning. The scope covers installation of access control hardware, AI-enabled surveillance cameras, camera poles, underground trenching and cabling, wireless communication equipment, and integration into a unified management platform. The work also includes all labor, materials, equipment, testing, and startup services for a complete and operational system.
