Description

The City of Laredo issued an informal Request for Proposal (RFP) for an Event Application for the City's Legislative Trips, intended for use by the City and private partners including the Laredo Chamber of Commerce. The application should include features such as online registration and check-in, custom branding, admin control, personalized schedules, unlimited meetings and speakers, speaker bios, notes and documents, maps, in-app chat, viewing past events, at least 100 licenses, survey capability, and push notifications. The final product delivery deadline was July 30, 2021.
