The City of Ridgefield is seeking qualifications for engineering consultant services for planning efforts to develop scope, schedule, budget, and funding options for a new overcrossing of I-5 along NE 10th St and NE 11th St in Ridgefield, WA. The consultant will establish cost ranges, schedules, and risk factors for the PE, ROW, and CN phases, identify potential risks, and determine likely grant funding sources. The agreement covers the Planning phase, with potential future phases (PE, RW, CN) to be added. The project includes support for accelerated construction concepts, identification of right-of-way, survey, geotechnical needs and risks, development of preliminary cost ranges, identification of major milestones, environmental and permitting needs, funding sources, and coordination with WSDOT and federal agencies.
