Program Evaluation Services for Alaska Breast and Cervical Screening Program (AK B+C)

The Alaska Department of Health, Division of Public Health is seeking information from qualified contractors to provide program evaluation services for the Alaska Breast and Cervical Screening Program (AK B+C), a state grantee of the National Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program (NBCCEDP). - Government Buyer: - Alaska Department of Health, Division of Public Health - Services Requested: - Program evaluation and analytic support for the AK B+C Program - Activities include: - Continuous tracking and management of data analysis projects - Bi-annual analysis of eligible population survey data - Analysis of late-stage cancer diagnosis trends - Implementation and interpretation of provider surveys - Annual analysis of health insurance estimate data and clinic screening data trends - Assessment of process and outcome measures - Submission of NBCCEDP-required reporting - Ad-hoc projects such as demographic analysis, focus groups, and public presentations - Technical Requirements: - Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, SAS, R, Python, SPSS, ArcGIS) - Compliance with HIPAA protocols - Ability to provide narrative statements, methodology, timeline, resource allocation, and evidence of necessary hardware, software, and licenses - Target Population: - Low-income Alaskan women aged 21-64 for breast and cervical cancer screening - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the RFI is open to all qualified respondents - The period of performance aligns with the NBCCEDP grant cycle, covering up to five years

The Department of Health, Division of Public Health (DPH) of Alaska is seeking a contractor with expertise in federally funded program evaluation, data collection, data management, and data reporting to provide analytic and evaluation support for the Alaska Breast and Cervical Screening Program. The contractor will perform program evaluation activities including data analysis, survey implementation, and reporting to improve the program's effectiveness. This Request for Information (RFI) is for informational purposes only and does not obligate the State to conduct a solicitation or purchase services. Responses will remain confidential unless a solicitation results in an award.
