Description
La Ville de Caraquet accepte les soumissions jusqu'au 6 juillet 2026, 16h00, heure locale, pour les travaux de réfection des sections de la rue Lavigne. Les soumissions doivent être sous enveloppes cachetées identifiées « Réfection rue Lavigne, projet 059-26-1 » et seront reçues par M. Marc Duguay, directeur général, Ville de Caraquet. Le projet est soumis à la Loi sur la Passation des Marchés Publics (règlement du NB-2022-78). Chaque soumission doit être accompagnée d'un dépôt de garantie de soumission ou d'un cautionnement de soumission d'au moins 10% du total de la soumission, payable à la Ville de Caraquet. Ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions ne sera nécessairement acceptée, et la municipalité pourrait annuler l'appel d'offres si le montant de la plus basse soumission excède le montant maximum prévu pour ce projet.
