The Department of General Services (DGS) through its Division of Facilities Management (DFM) seeks to retain an Emergency/Electric Generator Contractor to provide inspection, testing, minor/major repair, and modifications of specified or associated equipment to maintain generator sets at performance standards set by the original equipment manufacturer. The work is divided into three categories: Quarterly Inspection, Testing, and Minor Repairs; Additional Work for Major Repairs and Modifications; and Emergency Services. The solicitation is issued through BidNet's Maryland Purchasing Group and requires registration for electronic responses. A pre-bid conference will be held via Microsoft Teams.
