GEF Seniors Housing, on behalf of ASHC, is seeking a Prime Contractor for a turn-key modernization of two duplex traction passenger elevators at Pleasantview Place, an eight-storey building with 59 Lodge units and 150 Apartment units in Edmonton, AB. The scope includes providing a turn-key solution with all necessary work and upgrades to ensure code compliance. The elevator contractor will act as the prime contractor. Maintenance is to be submitted separately and is not included in the modernization bid, with a one-year warranty maintenance after acceptance of the last modernized elevator.
