This Request for Proposals (RFP) is to purchase Career and Employment Information Services (CEIS) for Assisted Living and Social Services (ALSS) in Smaller Urban and Rural Areas around the Metro Center (Calgary) – Bow Valley. The mandatory services include Assessments, Career Consulting, Delivery Events, Disability Employment Services, Employer Services, Exposure Courses, Individual Plan, a Resource Centre, Service Navigation, Workforce Development, and Workshops. Job Placement is a desirable element and proponents are encouraged to include it with a separate budget. The contract duration is from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2031, focusing on job seeker success in the specified region.
