Description

This project involves replacing the existing 6" and 8" cast iron water mains with approximately 59 linear feet of 6", 128 linear feet of 8", and 4,917 linear feet of 12" ductile iron water main. The scope includes water main services, various connections from the intersection of Chapel Road and SR 125 to about 1,475 feet Northeast of Amelia Park Drive, and the installation of 9 fire hydrants along the proposed watermain alignment. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled at the Clermont County Water Resources Department on July 28, 2026. Bids are due by August 6, 2026, with the bid opening on the same day.
