Description

The City of Waco Housing and Community Development Department is seeking experienced and qualified firms or individuals to perform Lead Risk Assessment in accordance with HUD Guidelines and provide reports meeting Texas Environmental Lead Reduction Rule requirements. The contract requires compliance with the Community Development Block Grant program and Lead Safe Housing Rule. This is a multiple award contract for shared services. Proposals are to be submitted by July 23, 2026.
