COVE invites qualified graphic designers and design agencies to submit proposals for comprehensive graphic design services supporting the creation of COVE CONNECT Magazine and various marketing collateral including templates, signage, brochures, advertisements, trade show materials, and more. The engagement includes designing print and digital marketing materials, providing ongoing layout and design support for the bi-annual magazine, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering print-ready and digital-optimized files. The standing offer list will be effective for two years with an option to extend, but no minimum volume of work is guaranteed. Proposals must be submitted by July 13, 2026, and will be evaluated on creativity, experience, deadlines, cost-effectiveness, and references.
