The scope of work includes aquatic weed control, solar bee maintenance and inspection, lake debris cleanup, large item retrieval and special event cleanups, reporting and compliance of chemical application, and selective plant removal. The contract requires a C-27 Landscaping license and a minimum of five years of experience. Bids must be submitted electronically by July 21, 2026, and the City will award the contract to the lowest priced qualified bidder.
