Pierce County, Washington is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide retirement plan administrative services including recordkeeping, education, communications, and investment-related services for its current 457(b) deferred compensation plan. The scope includes plan setup, transition, ongoing administration, participant recordkeeping, payroll and contribution processing, investment administration, compliance support, participant services, and plan sponsor services. The contract is anticipated to start around October 1, 2026, with possible extensions for up to four additional 12-month periods.
