The City of Grapevine is seeking a qualified Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) firm to provide services for the Raw Water Pump Station (RWPS) Relocation and Generator placement construction project located at 3600 Fairway Dr. Grapevine, TX. The CMAR must ensure the RWPS remains operational during construction and develop Maintenance of Station Operations (MOSO) plans. The solicitation follows the Texas Local Government Code Title 10, Subtitle F, Chapter 2269. A non-mandatory pre-proposal site walk is scheduled for June 18, 2026, and questions must be submitted by July 2, 2026.
