The Town of Stratford is seeking a consulting firm to provide Owner's Advisory services for the design and construction of a new multi-use Wellness Centre facility located on John Joe Sark Drive in Stratford, PE. The scope includes technical advisory and project management throughout the design and construction phases. Proposals must be submitted using a two-envelope system separating technical proposals and fee costs.
