Little Elm Independent School District (LEISD) is seeking proposals for a comprehensive child nutrition kitchen equipment and services contract to support 10 school kitchen sites. - Government Buyer: - Little Elm Independent School District (LEISD), Purchasing Office - Scope of Procurement: - Turnkey purchase and installation of NSF-approved commercial kitchen equipment - Includes walk-in coolers/freezers, refrigeration units, cooking appliances, tables, sinks, shelving, food processing equipment, hoods, material handling, furniture, warmers, serving lines, milk coolers, ice machines, and dish machines - Removal and transfer of existing equipment, utility connections, permits, and training are required - Purchase and delivery of kitchen smallwares - Pots, pans, utensils, trays, food storage containers, measures, scales, sanitation items, cutting boards, cutlery, light appliances, janitorial supplies, carts, racks, shelving, and temperature-monitoring devices - Supply and delivery of commercial kitchen equipment repair parts - Gaskets, components, timers, controls, valves, thermocouples, probes, latches, filters, faucets, plumbing, hardware, casters - Repair and preventative maintenance services - Hot equipment (non-refrigerant): cooking appliances, tables, sinks, shelving, food processing equipment, hoods, warmers, serving lines - Cold food holding equipment (with refrigerant): walk-in coolers/freezers, milk coolers, reach-in cold holding equipment, ice machines, cold holding plates - Vending equipment: repair services for refrigerated vending equipment and related parts - Notable Requirements: - All equipment must be NSF-approved - Vendors must provide certifications, insurance, and comply with warranty and delivery requirements - Turnkey installation and training required for equipment purchases - Vendors may submit pricelists for vending equipment parts - No specific OEMs or part numbers are named; the solicitation is open to all qualified manufacturers and vendors

The Little Elm Independent School District (LEISD) invites qualified vendors to submit proposal responses for Child Nutrition - Kitchen Equipment Purchases, Supplies and Services. The solicitation includes instructions, terms and conditions, and requirements/specifications for the procurement.
