Description
The Transition to Adulthood Program (TAP) provides services to students with disabilities, helping them prepare for adulthood and achieve greater independence. TAP services are designed for students with disabilities enrolled in high school and/or postsecondary educational programs, ages 14 through 21 (up to their 22nd birthday). This includes students with disabilities who have Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), 504 plans, or any documentation of a disability.
