The City of Lancaster is soliciting Statements of Qualifications to select qualified consultant firms and teams to provide various on-call professional services. These services support the City's Capital Improvement Program and other municipal programs over a five-year term from December 2026 to January 2032. Task Orders will be issued for specific projects as they become funded, based on project size, complexity, funding availability, and service type. Proposals must be submitted electronically by August 6, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by July 16, 2026.
