The City of Grants Pass Public Works Department is seeking a contractor for electrical maintenance and support services at its Water Restoration Plant, Water Treatment Plant, and 27 remote sites. - Government Buyer: - City of Grants Pass Public Works Department - Facilities include Water Restoration Plant, Water Treatment Plant, and remote sites - Scope of Services: - Electrical troubleshooting and repair for pumps, motors, and variable frequency drives (VFDs) - Motor connects/disconnects - Replacement and repair of starter components, relays, switches, fuses, and heaters - Wiring and circuitry replacement - Installation and repair of circuit breaker panels, junction boxes, conduits, and panels - Instrument installation, replacement, or calibration - Lighting and alarm panel equipment installation and repair - Phone support during business hours - On-site support: non-emergency within 24 hours, emergency within 8 hours - Unique Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in electrical maintenance for water and wastewater facilities - Rapid response capability for emergency and non-emergency calls - Detailed company qualifications and references required - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Contract Details: - Five-year contract term with potential for extension

The City of Grants Pass is seeking proposals for electrical maintenance and support services for its Water Treatment Plant, Water Restoration Plant, and 27 remote sites. The scope includes troubleshooting, repairs, wiring, instrumentation, lighting, alarm systems, and support services. The selected contractor will provide electrical troubleshooting, repair, wiring, calibration, lighting, alarm installation, and emergency support including phone support Monday through Friday, non-emergency on-site support within 24 hours, and emergency support within 8 hours. The contract is expected to start on August 11, 2026, and end on August 10, 2031, unless extended.
