Description

The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville invites qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for pre-qualification to provide professional services for a wide range of Public Works projects. Successfully pre-qualified firms will be placed on a roster and may be invited to participate in future competitive procurement processes for assignments in transportation, bridges, culverts, roads, stormwater, traffic, surveying, and other municipal infrastructure works. The Counties intend to pre-qualify up to four consulting firms per roster category for a term from December 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026. The solicitation is a Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) and submissions are accepted online only.
