Description
The Workforce & Purpose Alignment Initiative seeks to engage a qualified health economist to facilitate alignment of programs, services, and resources for maximum health impact and responsible stewardship of public funds. The initiative aims to ensure that decisions and investments are strategically guided by the Department of Health and Senior Services' mission, vision, and goals to better serve Missourians. It also focuses on strengthening workforce and purpose alignment by helping staff understand how their efforts contribute to shared priorities and improved population health outcomes. The contract period extends from the date of award through November 30, 2027.
