The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (CFTOD) is seeking professional engineering firms to provide structural and mechanical engineering consulting services under a continuing services agreement. The scope includes utilities such as wastewater, chilled water, hot water, and solid waste, as well as general engineering, planning, design, analysis, and support services. The contract duration is three years with an optional two-year renewal, and multiple contracts (up to three) will be awarded to the highest qualified proposers scoring 90 points or higher. Firms must have Florida PE licenses specializing in Structures and Mechanical engineering.
