The Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake is seeking proposals to undertake a Queen Street Secondary Plan. The plan will consider the business community in the context of cultural and built heritage, establish a vision for its future, and ensure changes are compatible with the area's historic character, scale, and public realm. The goal is to foster a vibrant and sustainable community. Detailed requirements are outlined in Appendix D: Section A, The Deliverables.
