The South Dakota Board of Regents (SDBOR) is seeking a partner to implement a secure, scalable enterprise AI platform that provides access to approved AI capabilities for students, faculty, researchers, and staff across all institutions. The platform must support institution-specific branding and delegated administration while aligning with SDBOR's existing identity, security, and governance framework. The selected partner will validate a prebuilt AWS landing zone, recommend improvements, deploy and configure the platform, integrate identity and security controls, and support operational readiness for transition to SDBOR. Governance ownership remains with SDBOR, with the partner focusing on technical implementation and enablement.
