This opportunity is for an annual contract to provide comprehensive concrete driveway, sidewalk, and curb & gutter repairs for the City of Warner Robins, Georgia. - Government Buyer: - City of Warner Robins, Purchasing Office (Contracts Coordinator: Sarah Knight) - Scope of Work: - Repair, replacement, or removal and replacement of concrete driveways, sidewalks, and curb & gutter sections throughout the city - Includes all labor, equipment, materials, traffic control, site layout, restoration of disturbed areas, and incidental work - Work orders issued as needed, with a two-week completion requirement per order unless otherwise approved - Products/Services Requested: - Concrete (Type 'A', 3000 PSI minimum strength) - Asphalt (Type 'E', specified width and compaction) - Gravel and aggregate base for subgrade compaction - Concrete sidewalk and header curb per City of Atlanta standard specifications - Concrete repair/replacement projects in size categories: 0-7, 8-28, 29-56, and 57+ square yards - Complete replacement of standard mailboxes - Water main trenching and driveway repairs as specified - Notable Requirements: - Lump-sum pricing for each line item size category, covering all aspects of work - Minimum insurance requirements (commercial general liability, auto, umbrella, workers’ compensation) - Compliance with E-Verify and submission of affidavits/certifications - Pricing firm per contract year, with up to 3% annual increase upon renewal (subject to approval) - No specific OEMs or named vendors are required; materials must meet city and industry standards.

Description

The City of Warner Robins is soliciting bids for an annual contract to provide all labor, equipment, materials, traffic control, and related services necessary for the repair, replacement, or removal and replacement of concrete driveways, sidewalks, and curb and gutter sections throughout the City. Work includes site layout, restoration of disturbed roadway and roadside areas, and any other incidental work required to complete the project. Service orders will be issued on an as-needed basis, with all assigned work to be completed within two weeks of notification unless otherwise approved. The initial contract period is from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027, with up to four one-year renewal terms possible, not exceeding five years total. Pricing shall remain firm during each contract year, with a possible price increase of up to 3% annually upon renewal, subject to City approval.
