The Port of Portland is soliciting proposals from experienced firms or teams capable of providing Investment Banking Underwriting Services. The Port intends to engage multiple providers to serve as part of its Investment Banking/Underwriting Pool. Selected providers will be engaged via a Letter of Appointment for an initial term of five years, with options to extend for two additional one-year terms. Participation in the pool does not guarantee involvement in future financings, as the Port reserves the right to undertake financings by other means.
