Description

The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Transportation, will initiate a Multi-Step Sealed Bid process including prequalification and an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure barricade deployment and traffic-control services for the Atlanta Streets Alive event series. The scope includes installation, monitoring, adjustment, and removal of barricades, cones, road-closure signage, and related devices along 1 to 4 miles of city streets during monthly Sunday events. The contractor must provide a dedicated project coordinator, pre-event planning, onsite response personnel, and post-event reporting, ensuring compliance with safety and permit requirements. The contract duration is three years with two one-year renewal options.
