The City of Edmonton is seeking a Construction Manager with experience in projects similar in nature and complexity to the ICE District Event Park. The scope includes providing Pre-Construction Services through the design and construction document phases, and Construction Management Services during the Construction and Post-Construction phases. The Event Park is a world-class indoor and outdoor entertainment destination in downtown Edmonton, with venues for up to 7,000 outdoors and 4,000 indoors, plus community spaces. The contract duration is estimated to be 44 months starting from September 14, 2026.
