This solicitation is for selective demolition and site preparation for one premanufactured modular unit (Modus B type) at École Leduc Estates School. The work includes confirming existing site conditions, installing a protective temporary secure fence, coordinating screw pile installation, transporting and installing the modular unit, and connecting and setting up the unit including skirting, flashings, electrical, and mechanical. Additional tasks include constructing new stairs and a ramp, modifying outdoor areas, repairing landscape damages, and confirming the construction sequence with the Consultant.
