This solicitation is a continuation of the procurement process initiated through Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors’ pre-qualification process and Request for Expression of Interest. Proposals are requested only from three listed firms for services including preliminary engineering, detailed design, contract tendering, construction supervision, contract management, post-construction, and warranty inspection for Asphalt and Concrete Pavement and other work on specified contracts. The contract duration is 41 months starting from August 5, 2026. Proposals must be submitted in two separate PDF files and the procurement method is competitive selective tendering.
