The City of North Vancouver is seeking an experienced System Implementation partner and a modern SaaS-based Software Solution to replace its existing Cherwell platform. The new IT Service Management (ITSM) system should support CNV's ITSM operations and establish ITIL-aligned service management capabilities for the Information Technology Department.
