Description

Northern Health is requesting Expressions of Interest from qualified organizations to provide transportation services for the Northern Emergency Response Team (NERT) Program, which includes critical care-trained Registered Nurses operating out of the University Hospital of Northern BC. The contractor will also provide low-acuity transportation services for patients requiring discharge from UHNBC as directed by the Patient Transfer and Flow Office. Low-acuity patients are defined as those with minor, non-urgent medical conditions that are physiologically stable and require minimal medical intervention.
