Description

The City of Waco Housing and Community Development Department is seeking an experienced, qualified firm(s) or individual(s) to perform Lead Risk Assessment in conformance with HUD Guidelines for the Evaluation and Control of Lead-Based Paint. The work includes providing reports that meet state requirements under the Texas Environmental Lead Reduction Rule (TELRR) 25 TAC 295.212(c) for each site evaluated. The awardee must comply with the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and Lead Safe Housing Rule (LSHR) found in 24 CFR Part 35. This is a multiple award contract for shared services related to lead risk assessment and reporting. Sealed proposals are due by July 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
