This procurement opportunity is issued by the Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Riley, Department of the Army, for comprehensive laundry and dry-cleaning services at Fort Bliss, Texas. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Department of the Army, MICC - Fort Riley - Supported agencies include TRADOC, Direct Funded Customers, Japanese Defense Force, and Missile Defense Agency-KSA - Products/Services Requested: - Installation-level laundry and dry-cleaning services for government-authorized customers - Service scope includes cleaning, handling, and processing of a wide range of textile and uniform items - Items include: - Wool/fleece blankets (up to 5,900 units per agency) - Pillowcases, bed sheets, mattress pads, bedspreads, and covers (quantities up to 11,800 for sheets) - Ceremonial uniforms (Class A coats, pants, shirts, ascots, gloves) - Chaplain vestments (albs, robes, chasubles, napkins, pall slipcovers, altar dressings) - Specialty items (garrison cook coats, trousers, aprons) - Sleeping systems (bags, covers, stuff sacks) - Table linens (napkins, cloths, skirts) - Organizational items (draperies, flags, streamers, bunting) - ACU/BDU/DCU shirts and trousers (up to 150 units per agency) - Items for deceased military personnel - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Services must be performed at designated on-installation facilities - Task orders will define specific service quantities within established minimum and maximum thresholds - Adherence to detailed specifications and deliverable schedules as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) - Workload data provided for multiple agencies, indicating high-volume and specialty item handling - No specific OEMs or named vendors are identified in the solicitation or attachments.

Description

This is a non personal service contract to provide installation-level Laundry and Dry-Cleaning (L&DC) services, within designated on-installation facilities, in support of Government-authorized customers at Fort Bliss, Texas. This requirement will be executed as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a one (1) year base period and four (4) one year option periods. Individual task orders will be issued for defined service quantities within established minimum and maximum ordering thresholds.
