The Department of Justice's Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) is seeking a contractor to lease, deploy, and maintain Safety Stations at approximately 60 EOIR locations nationwide. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), Office of Procurement Services - Products and Equipment Requested: - Approximately 96 Safety Stations to be leased (not purchased) - Each station includes: - FDA-approved Automated External Defibrillator (AED) device with manufacturer-standard accessories - Manufacturer-standard hemorrhagic/bleeding control kit - Portable medical kit storage box for AED and bleeding control kit - Options to increase quantities of all equipment during the contract - Services Required: - Routine maintenance and resupply of all safety station equipment according to manufacturer standards, usage, and expiration dates - Reporting and record-keeping services, including: - Quarterly inspection checklists - Maintenance and usage logs - EMS activation protocols - Notification processes for equipment removal - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All AED devices must be FDA-approved - All equipment must be new (not refurbished or previously leased) - Contractor must comply with DOJ privacy and security requirements - Contract is firm-fixed-price, with a base year and four one-year option periods - Emphasis on regular maintenance, resupply, and comprehensive reporting - No specific OEMs or brands are named, but the requirement for FDA-approved AEDs and standard medical kits suggests well-known manufacturers in the emergency medical equipment sector.

Description

This RFQ is for Safety Stations in support of the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), as prescribed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This will be a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Firm Fixed Price Contract. All items must be new and not refurbished or previously leased. At this time EOIR is requesting a base year with 4 options. Also attached is EOIR's court locations to estimate shipping. All questions must be submitted to AndrewByrnes (Andrew.byrnes@usdoj.gov) by Monday  July 6th 2026 1:00 PM ET. Please quote the requirement no later than Friday, July 15th 2026 1:00 PM ET.
