Description
This notice serves as an advance notification to contractors identified in the attached contract list regarding the agency’s intent to proceed with administrative contract closeout actions. Unilateral contract closeout actions will begin 15 days following the publication of this notice. Contractors who believe that there is a valid reason the agency should not proceed with close-out should contact the point of contact identified in this notice prior to the closing date. Attached is the proposed contract listing.
