This opportunity is for gym membership services to support the crew of the USCGC KICKAPOO in Vicksburg, Mississippi. - Government Buyer: - United States Coast Guard, including Base New Orleans and Sector Lower Mississippi River (Logistics Department) - Products/Services Requested: - Gym memberships for USCGC KICKAPOO crew - 18 memberships (per SOW attachment) - 11 memberships (per SF-1449 attachment) - Gym must be within 15 miles of USCG Vicksburg facility - Facility requirements: - Standard exercise equipment (weight benches, barbells, dumbbells, cardio machines) - Pool of at least 25 meters in length - Locker rooms for men and women - Accommodate at least 25 people simultaneously - Access hours: 7 A.M. to 9 P.M. - Vendor must be a registered U.S. business with a valid UEI number - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Set aside 100% for small businesses - Firm-fixed price contract awarded to the lowest bidder - All contractors must be registered in SAM.gov - No specific OEMs or brand names are required; any qualified gym meeting the requirements may compete

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for qualified vendors/individuals to submit proposals for gym memberships for the CGC KICKAPOO for the United States Coast Guard in Vicksburg, Mississippi.

Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the statement of work to become familiar with the requirements. All services must be in accordance with the statement of work.

This will be a firm-fixed priced purchase order awarded to the lowest bidder.

This is set aside 100% for small businesses.

All contractors must be actively registered in SAM.gov.
