Description

This is a new requirement for a purchase of a manually operated  Arm/Beam Gate System used to control traffic, conduct circulation control and provide emergency access and egress to the installation during contingency/emergency operations via external installation gates. When emplaced, the beam gates also serve to discourage attempts at illegal/unauthorized entry. 

The product requested must be/have:

- Listed in most current DoD Anti-Ram Vehicle Barrier List  - Vendor install/placement - Manually operated, no hydraulic or electrical power needed - Must open both vertically and horizontally - P3 crash certified or higher - Reusable after impact - Surface-set design for quick installation/no excavation required - Low/no maintenance needed after installation - Long term warranty included - Adjustable span up to 24 feet, to allow for emergency response vehicles to pass through  - One person deployable, no tools required  - Interoperability with other systems on market  - New/unused system - Certified training available on use, with recurring training or train the trainer availability
