El Paso County Mobile Home Replacement Project: Demolition, New TRU Homes Installation, and Utility Upgrades

El Paso County is seeking bids for a Mobile Home Replacement Project to upgrade two residential sites in the Agua Dulce subdivision: - Government Buyer: - County of El Paso, Community Services Department, Purchasing Department - OEMs and Vendors: - TRU Homes (manufacturer of DELIGHT and GRAND model manufactured homes) - Products/Services Requested: - Two new ENERGY STAR certified single wide manufactured homes: - 1 x TRU Homes DELIGHT model (2 beds/2 baths, up to 820 sq. ft., part number TRS14602AH) - 1 x TRU Homes GRAND model (3-4 beds/flex room/2 baths, up to 1,038 sq. ft., part number TRS14764AH) - Demolition and removal of two existing manufactured homes (1,216 sq. ft. and 696 sq. ft.) - Installation of ADA/TAS-compliant non-slip zero-step entry ramp - Decommissioning and replacement of septic systems (including new up to 1,250-gallon tank) - Installation of new water and electric utility lines (costed per linear foot) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Manufactured homes must be ENERGY STAR certified and compatible with specified TRU Homes models - Accessibility features (zero-step entry ramp) must comply with Texas Accessibility Standards and ADA - All work must comply with federal and state grant regulations (CDBG-Colonia Self Help Center funding) - Bidders must be state licensed/certified, financially capable, and provide required bonds/insurance - Encouragement of MBE/WBE and Section 3 business participation - Bids valid for up to six months; contract completion required within 120 days of Notice to Proceed

The County of El Paso is requesting bids for the Mobile Home Replacement Project for the El Paso County Community Services Department.
