Description

ConocoPhillips Alaska, Inc. is requesting authorization to place approximately 10,300 cubic yards of clean gravel fill to maintain and expand the Kuparuk Central Processing Facility (CPF2) gravel pad in the Kuparuk River Unit. The gravel will be used to widen the east side roadway to support equipment access and improve operational surface space for future seawater transport infrastructure. Approximately 0.7 acres of tundra will be impacted, with work scheduled to begin August 1, 2026.
