Description
The Ontario Public Service (OPS) is seeking market input on how advanced analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, configurable platforms, managed services and integration models can support program integrity across a range of government programs and services including health claims, transaction systems monitoring, document risk review, benefit overpayment, financial assistance compliance transfer payments monitoring, and compliance monitoring. The OPS is interested in understanding how market capabilities could be configured, modified, extended, integrated or reused across these use cases to help prevent, detect, prioritize, investigate, resolve, recover and measure fraud, error, waste and abuse. The purpose of the program integrity is to help identify, prevent, prioritize, investigate, resolve, recover and measure improper payments, abnormal transactions, high-risk documents, non-compliance, fraud, error, waste and abuse across program lifecycles, which will be used to establish a Request for Bid (RFB).
